Cancellations, No show and Late policy: Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid disrupting the next client's appointment. The full-service fee will still apply. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a No-Show and subjected to the No-Show fee. Booking & Deposit Policy: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied directly toward your total service balance on the day of your appointment. We understand that schedules change! If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your slot, and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment date.
