Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, No-show, and Late policy:
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 25% charge of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged 25% of the scheduled service fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid disrupting the next client's appointment. The full-service fee will still apply. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a No-Show and subjected to the No-Show fee.
Booking & Deposit Policy:
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied directly toward your total service balance on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change! If you need to change your time or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with more than 24 hour’s notice, your deposit will be manually refunded back to your original payment method.
Please Note:
- Cancellations or late changes (less than 24 hours before your slot will result in a lost deposit.
-Cancellation and rebooking later counts as a new booking, meaning your original deposit is forfeited.
